Hi, Has anyone out there experienced problems installing the Pinnacle studio 9- 9.4 patch?? I have tried several times with no success.The PC 'freezes' at the same point every time 'USB Configuration' and just before this it throws up a 'feature transfer error = 0' message. I have only just bought this card and s/ware (AV/DV version)as my first venture into video transfer and editing and this problem is driving me crazy. The card came with as version 9.1, build 15 spec and I would dearly love to update.
